I’m Back!

IMG_20170416_124647Good afternoon and Happy Easter to everyone! I hope you all remember that today is the day of our Lord, Jesus Christ’s, resurrection; it is a day for happiness, joy and splendor all to be spent with our loved ones.

I want to apologize for being MIA for the past week, but I had good reason to be, and those of you who keep up with my blog should know why. I have just returned to the good ‘ol USA from traveling to Belfast, Ireland! I wanted to keep you updated while I was there so you could join me on my adventures, but the WIFI service was just awful! Besides my WIFI struggles, I also got ill right before we left for our trip, sadly, so that was another reason I wasn’t updating either.

Anyway, the next few posts are going to be all about my exciting journey and how even thoIMG_20170416_125249ugh I was pretty ill, I still made each and every day “1 of those days” that were exciting and exhausting all at the same time!

The experience I had while in Ireland was truly one that I will never forget. I am so thrilled that I have this blog to share it all with you.

For now, I will leave you with a few pictures and a very Happy Easter. I want you all to spend the day with those you love and remember that we are saved from our sins. So go color Easter eggs, hIMG_20170416_125342ave an Easter egg scavenger hunt, eat some chocolate bunnies, do all you can with your friends and family! This is what Jesus wanted us to enjoy and remember, that he is the reason for this wonderful season and that we are able to partake in these wonderful traditions because of his loving sacrifice.

IMG_20170416_124733Until next time, I hope today is a remarkable Easter and “1 of those days” that you thank the Lord for your life and the opportunities that we have been given.

Wow! I find it amazing to travel (not that I’ve done much yet, but I aspire to!) and be surrounded by new and cultural backgrounds. I know you must have especially loved it since it was Ireland! I’m glad you were able to take the most of your travel, even though you weren’t feeling your best. And I hope you get many more experiences like this! (Minus the getting sick part).

The experience you had is so amazing, and specially that you enjoy it. It is the most important. And even if it is sadly that you get sick the most important is to see the positive in this experience rather than the negative. Looking forward to read your next post.
